    What? I don't understand -- either I'm missing something, or you're missing a word, or my brain just shuts down when it see the accursed F word.

    Are you saying something like if we wanna see pix from last night we have to be on FaceFuck? This is my personal punishment for not showing up?

    Well, I uploaded a bunch of the photos to Facebook today - there are about 76 of them - way too many to put on here. But, I don't think you have to be on Facebook to view them.

    You actually don't have to sign in or create an account on Facebook to view the pics I put there. It's a public album. But, for my Facebook-challenged friends (wink wink - that's YOU Ms. Mermaid) I will see what I can do!

    There is nothing FaceBook challenged about me -- the only challenge is in living in the same world that also includes FaceBook. I never had any problem getting ON FaceBook, merely had a problem continuing to value my life once I saw what it was.

    I adore you, Charlene, but I don't love ANYONE near enough to ever venture back to that accursed site.

    Wow, I really like Facebook. Not sure what it is you despise about it. But, since you are a woman who never holds back, I have a feeling I get to hear about it some time. Meanwhile, I have uploaded most all the same photos on my MySpace page. Til then!

My Daughter Visits Bisbee!!!

Good morning Bisbee! It looks like it's going to be yet another beautiful day here in Tiny Town (I didn't coin the term...I have our friend Juliette Beaumont, the bartender at Elmo's to thank).  I've got the wonderful "hurry up & wait" task of needing to wait for a visit from the cable company to deal with the inconsistent internet connection I have. But, the next few hours are mine alone. Nice. Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to picking up my lovely daughter, Mira, at the airport in Tucson this evening and having her here in Bisbee for a week! I moved here last June on the same day she left for her travels in India, Cambodia and Thailand this past summer. She's a world traveler, and it will be very cool to show her my new home. I'm hoping to introduce her to as many of my new Bisbee friends as possible. We'll be seeing you around...

Emily Decks Out for the Sandman Show at Elmo's

Yesterday afternoon a bunch of us went down to St. Elmo's in Brewery Gulch to hear our friend Sandman perform his unique blend of Cowboy Rap and Poetry (you've got to hear it to understand - check out his website ).  One of our own - Emily - was sporting quite the amazing outfit...which used to belong to Sammy Davis, Jr.! She says a friend of hers back in New Jersey passed it along to her after a photo shoot with said Sammy.  Now, I think that's just way cool!
